1. Shipping Location
All products are shipped from our U.S.-based warehouse to ensure reliable delivery within the United States.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are not fixed and vary depending on product size, weight, and delivery location.
The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
4. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
5. Shipping Method (Freight Delivery)
We partner with several reputable shipping carriers to ensure prompt and safe service. Our primary method is Standard Shipping.
Due to the size and weight of commercial equipment, most orders are shipped via freight carriers (LTL – Less Than Truckload). Specific shipping methods and transit times may vary slightly based on your exact location and order details. Full shipping information will be included in your confirmation email.
Estimated Delivery: Fast delivery from our U.S. warehouse typically takes around 7-15 business days.
6. Delivery Appointment
The carrier will contact you via phone or text message to schedule delivery. Please ensure your contact details are accurate.
7. Delivery Inspection
Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery and note any damage on the receipt before signing.
8. Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and provide photos of packaging and product.
9. Order Updates & Address Changes
If you need to update the shipping address after the order has been shipped, please contact our support team at support@coolchefequipment.com.
We will attempt to coordinate with the logistics provider; however, address changes may not always be successful.
In some cases, we may provide the carrier’s contact information so you can communicate directly.
