Return&Refund Policy
Standard Returns
Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery. We want to ensure you have ample time to evaluate your appliance and make the right decision for your needs.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
1. The item must be in its original packaging and in unused, like-new condition.
2. All original accessories, manuals, and parts must be included.
Return Process
1. Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization. You can reach us through email, specifying detailed information for each item (model, quantity, and reason for return).
2. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
3. Pack your item securely, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
Fees
Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of your item.
Restocking Fees: A 25% restocking fee of the product cost will be charged for all returns (waived for defective products returned within the eligible period).
Additional Fees: Missing accessories, uncleaned items, or required repackaging may incur additional fees, which will be deducted from the refund. Pre-paid return labels will not be provided unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or arranging for a return at our expense.
Order Cancellation
Unshipped Orders: If your order is still open in our system, please contact our customer service team to cancel your order. You will not be charged any shipping or restocking fees.
Shipped Order: If your order has already shipped, you can refuse the shipment when it arrives at your location or you can accept the order and initiate a return authorization through our return process. When a shipment is refused, it will come back to our warehouse and you may be charged a restocking fee and any shipping fees associated with the return.
Received Order: If you have already received your purchased item(s), you will have to contact our customer service team to require a return authorization to ship your items back.
